Personal Training at ICANIX FITNESS provides a customized one-on-one approach, tailored to suit your individual needs by an ICANIX Coach.
All sessions are scheduled by appointment only.
Minimum of 2-sessions per week. (Prepaid)
Includes:
o 3D MAPS Assessment
o Cardio
o Mobility, Strength, Flexibility Training
o Bungee Fitness also available with personal sessions.
