2-Day Group Fit
ICANIX Base Builders Class is appropriate for beginners, those getting back into fitness, or simply seeking a safe, structured fitness program.
Base Builder groups meet 2-days per week on Tuesdays & Thursdays:
•Morning: 8:30, 10:00
•Evening: 4:00, 6:00
Your workouts consist of:
o 10-30 mins of Cardio
o 5 mins of Joint Mobility/WarmUps
o 20-40 mins of Strength Training
o 5 mins of Stretching/Cooldown
